Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions

Customers may request a refund or exchange within a 14-days period from the date of the purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase and the order number.

All purchased items should be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, spotless) with all the tags intact.

Exchanging your purchased item with a different size is all right as long as the requested item is in stock.

Your request will be reviewed immediately post it's submission via direct contact or email, and you'll receive an email shortly with the state of the request.

Shipping expenses required to execute a return or an exchange are on the brand.

Both returns and exchanges may take from 2-5 business days.

All refunds are executed through Instapay.

All customer service emails will be replied to within the period from 10AM to 6PM.
